All this thinking makes my head hurt, but it's worth the journey!
Why am I here?
I'm on a journey. It's a race against time. I'm learning from my past while trying to catch up to my future. I despise mediocrity but admire resilience. I'm an avid reader, learner, and teacher. I'm proud to be married to Sola (I definetely overachieved). I have three kids who call me dad and a church that calls me pastor (though I still marvel why). This blog is a representation of my journey. It's where I am today so please don't hold me accountable for it tomorrow. Enjoy it while you're here. Take what you need and leave the rest for others, but whatever you do, please come back. Who knows, I might even be better tomorrow than I am today.

The Bible is filled with stories of those who accepted such a challenge.... They (the great heroes of life) choose to throw off the mooring lines, weigh anchor, and set out to the open waters, knowing they will face storms and the possibility of sinking. Their choice is not without thought, rather it is with a much deeper searching of the soul. They know quite well the possible consequences of their choices but also of refusing to make the choice. They would rather end at the bottom of the ocean than tied to the dock.
